wow!this is very floral.the entry is sweet and gentle.mid-way has a lot of different spices and vegetal notes.sugar and smoke on the finish.the taste lingers for a moment and is gone.there are many layers and i almost gave this one a 5 star.tobaziches are rare and the price on this bottle was a bargain.i havent tried many of this brand but this one is very, very good.
Very good, surprisingly so. Earthy with a mineral finish. Best ive had from them
This stuff is tasty and refreshing, the slight fruit hints play well with the main mineral earthiness and pepper notes in there to pull of a very tasty flavor profile that I could come back to easily.
pretty short finish owing to the sweetness, but lots more candied herbs, eucalyptus, and mint. this is fantastic. would love to compare it to the tobasiche adrian bautista produced for koch.
palate: wow, really sweet for a karwinskii. but it works – the dry earth and stone are mellowed out by the sweetness. roasted sweet corn (reminds me a bit of vago elote), some rhum agricole-like grassiness, tropical fruit, lemon peel tea, very light mineral-forward smoke.
Palate: Thick and oily mouthfeel. Floral, honey, mineral, earthy, peppery,
Nose: Light and flora, honey, nectarines, Earthy.
nose: candied herbs, mint chocolate chip ice cream, rose petals, toasted cashews, some chalk with nice general floral notes
Lote : 00918 Nose : well integrated smoke, minty, sweet and loaded with burnt sugar. Taste : Wow! Cheesy and vegetal at first, then all butterscotch. Finish : Dry and peaty. Wasn’t impressed with the start of the bottle, but midway she showed my her true colors..
