El Tinieblo Mezcal Edicion Especial Montana 750mL

The El Tinieblo Mezcal Edicion Especial Montana is produced using traditional methods by mezcalero Don Baltazar Cruz in the state of Tamaulipas and made from Maguey rojo (a montana). The agaves are cooked in an earthen pit, crushed with a tahona, and the fermented in open air wooden vats. Next, the spirit is doubled-distilled in copper stills and adjusted to a final ABV of 47%.
